Microneedling with PRX8

PRX8 is one of three serums we can add to a microneedling session, applied while the micro-channels are open.


It pairs exosomes with all-trans retinol: one supports the collagen work your skin is doing, the other speeds up cell turnover. It's an add-on, not a standalone treatment, and whether it belongs in your visit is a decision we make together at the consultation.

What PRX8 is

Exosomes for the rebuild, retinol for the turnover

One serum, two jobs.

PRX8 is an add-on serum from the Induction Therapies TruExosomes line, in the same family as PDRN. It combines exosomes, the cell messengers that support collagen activity and the signaling between your skin cells, with all-trans retinol, which accelerates cell turnover. What we're after: firmness, brightness, and elasticity.



What to expect

The visit, the downtime, the payoff

PRX8 doesn't change the shape of a microneedling visit. It changes what goes into it.

The session itself is microneedling on our FDA-approved Collagen P.I.N., with PRX8 applied through the micro-channels while they're open. We talk through downtime and post-care with you before and after every treatment.

Downtime is the same as standard microneedling: minimal, with redness for a day or two.

Expect the brightness first. Skin looks fresher within days, while the structural change, the firmness and smoother texture, builds over the following weeks as new collagen matures.

Corrective work here runs as a series, then maintenance. For microneedling that means the first three sessions spaced 30 days apart, then a maintenance rhythm we set together. Clients treating scarring may need more sessions, and whether PRX8 stays in the mix is re-evaluated as your skin responds.
