Every visit here starts with a conversation about your skin. Here's what to expect before you walk into our Austin clinic.
New clients meet with Terra first, no charge. We assess your skin, talk through what's driving your concern, and only then map out where to start.
We're on Bee Cave Road, about 15 minutes from downtown Austin.

The clinic is in the E building, suite E201, upstairs. Parking is free and on-site. Give yourself a minute to find the suite once you've parked, and if you get turned around, call and we'll walk you in.
A little context helps us read your skin and make the most of your visit. None of this is required, but it makes the first visit sharper.
If you can, arrive without makeup so we can see your skin as it actually is. If not, no problem; we'll work with what you bring.
A photo of your routine or the actual bottles tells us a lot. What you're using at home shapes what we recommend next.
Recent peels, lasers, injectables, or active prescriptions affect timing and depth. Tell us what you've had and when.
Anti-aging, acne, pigmentation, texture. Naming your priority helps us focus the plan rather than chase everything at once.
We'll talk about habits, sun exposure, and expectations, not just products. The more candid you are, the better the plan fits.
