What exosomes actually do

A serum applied while the micro-channels are open, so the repair signals land exactly where the repair is happening.

An exosome is a messenger that cells use to talk to each other. The serum we apply is full of them, each one carrying growth factors and signaling molecules that help coordinate how your skin repairs itself. Microneedling opens the door; exosomes deliver the message.


Your session starts the way every microneedling session does. The FDA-approved Collagen P.I.N. creates controlled micro-channels, and your skin responds by ramping up its own healing and building new collagen and elastin. While those channels are open, we apply the exosome serum so it reaches the skin that's doing the rebuilding. That's the exosomes' job: fine lines soften, pores refine, tone and texture even out, and your skin looks healed sooner than it would with microneedling alone.

What to expect

The visit, the downtime, the timeline

Here's the arc, from the chair to maintenance mode.

The visit is a microneedling session with one extra step. After the Collagen P.I.N. creates its micro-channels, we apply the exosome serum through them while they're open. We'll walk through downtime and post-treatment care with you before the treatment and again before you leave.

Downtime is minimal. Expect redness and mild swelling, like a light sunburn, settling within a day or two.

You'll notice brighter skin within days. Firmer, smoother skin comes later, over the weeks that follow, as new collagen matures. Exosomes speed the visible healing along the way, so you spend less of each cycle looking freshly treated.

Plan on a series, then maintenance: the first three sessions spaced 30 days apart. If we're treating scarring, your skin may need more sessions than that.

    Every morning while your skin rebuilds, no exceptions.

  • Avoid direct sun

    Fresh channels and Texas sun don't mix; keep treated skin shaded.

  • Skip harsh actives

    Set the strong products aside for a few days.

  • Gentle care

    Mild cleanser, hydration, light hands.

  • Let flaking shed on its own

    If skin flakes, do not pick; picking risks scarring.
