Nano Laser Peel Treatments

The Nano Laser Peel removes the very top layer of skin with an erbium laser, and takes dullness, rough texture, and fine lines with it. The session runs fifteen to thirty minutes, and recovery is measured in days, not weeks. It's the gentlest laser peel on our Sciton Joule platform, the one we reach for when the goal is brighter skin without a long recovery.

What it is

The lightest of our laser peels, for skin that reads dull or rough up close.

Nano is our lightest erbium laser peel. The laser lifts away the topmost layer of skin, the layer where dullness, rough texture, enlarged pores, and fine lines live. What replaces it is a fresher surface.

That's the whole mechanism, and it's why the recovery is short. The Nano works at the surface, so healing moves faster than it does after deeper resurfacing. Like almost all of our laser treatments, it can be performed on most areas of the body, not just the face.


Dullness

Skin that looks flat or tired even when you're not, because the surface layer is the problem.

Roughness you can feel and enlarged pores you can see up close.

Fine lines

The early, surface-level kind. Deeper lines need deeper resurfacing.

Not for deep correction

If your goal is significant aging or scarring, a deeper option in the same laser family will serve you better, and the consultation will point you there.

Short appointment, short recovery, and we walk you through both ends of it.

The treatment itself takes fifteen to thirty minutes. Laser peels feel warm while they work. Before you leave, we go over exactly what your skin will do next, and we check back in after.

Plan on about three days of visible downtime, depending on the depth we choose for you. Expect some tightness and redness. Your skin may also look darker for a stretch: that's pigment surfacing before it sheds, not a chemical-peel-style peel. Lasers don't flake the way chemical peels do, so there's no big visible peel to wait for.

Whatever does shed, let it come away on its own. Picking risks scarring.

Whether the Nano is a one-time refresh before something on your calendar or a repeating part of your maintenance, the rhythm is set at your consultation, matched to your skin and your sun exposure.

  • Sunscreen every morning while you heal, and every morning after that.

  • Stay out of direct sun on freshly treated skin.

  • Skip the harsh actives for a few days.

  • Keep care gentle: mild cleanser, steady hydration.

  • Darker-looking skin before it sheds is the treatment working, not a problem. Hands off, let it finish.
